Vinmay established a strict quality inspection system and scientific examination standards. All of our tubes are produce strictly according ASTM A554 / EN10296-2 Standard.

Before the production, we will have the checked the quality of the raw material. The chemical component of the raw material will be inspected by the professional assay offices. And the thickness and surface of the raw material will be inspect by our workers carefully before welding.

During welding , our inspectors and engineers will monitor and record the data every two hours. If we find any defect on the tube, we will deal with and record it.

After polishing,the tubes will be automatically put on a platform by the machine slowly. It would be avoid the scratch of the tubes and it’s good for the workers to inspect. If they find any pitting and sand holes, the tubes will be repaired.
