After high standard requirements on polishing process,we can meet the requirements of electroplating,fine polishing and other application as the result of good smoothness and brightness of our tubes without any pitting,sand hole.

As for the mirror polish Square/Rectangular tube , we will polish it as least four times. And the round tubes we polished at least two times.

Nowadays, in our new factory, we have the new equipment, an automated platform to carry the tube after polishing. It could be avoid  the scratches on the tubes and it’s convenience for the workers to inspect the tubes.
